Deliveries within Attica usually take 1–3 business days, while shipments to other regions of Greece, including the mainland and islands, typically arrive within 1–4 business days. We work with trusted carriers including ΕΛΤΑ courier and Box Now to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. If you’d like to avoid shipping fees, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our store at 9 Lykourgou Street, Athens – Omonia, 10551, by arranging it in advance.
Plus, for orders over €70.00, shipping is completely free, no matter which payment method you select.
international orders
For international orders, please contact us via email before completing your purchase, as each shipment is handled individually and arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Shipments to Cyprus are carried out via Box Now.

Other international shipments are sent via DHL, with shipping costs calculated based on the destination.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. For orders over €150.00, international shipping is free of charge.

insurance & delivery
We take care to insure every product from the moment you complete your purchase until it safely reaches your hands.
If an order is not delivered due to the carrier’s fault, we’ll make sure to reship it within seven (7) business days at no extra cost to you.
All products are sent in special protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a product with visibly damaged packaging, we cannot be responsible for any potential damage to the product itself. Please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and, if needed, replace your order.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events. Deliveries are made to the address you provide during checkout, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to non-receipt or delivery issues, the reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
