We’re happy to offer you the possibility to exchange products within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
‼️ Please note that earrings are excluded from returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.‼️
To make an exchange, the returned product should:

Not be used and remain in perfect condition, just as when you received it.

Be returned in its complete original packaging, including all boxes, inserts, and materials, without any damage or alterations.
For your first exchange, the return shipping within Greece is free. In other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To start the exchange process, simply email us at info@proofofconcept.gr with your details and the items you wish to exchange, or call us at +30 213 0884403.
Once we receive and inspect your product and confirm it meets the requirements, we’ll send you a discount coupon of equivalent value for your new selection. You can then place your new order and enter the coupon code at checkout.
Alternatively, if it’s more convenient, you can bring the product directly to our studio after contacting us, so we can exchange or replace it without needing to ship it.

step-by-step (exchange)
1. Please contact us at info@proofofconcept.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Allow 1–3 days for our response. We will provide you with a unique return code upon approval to return your products free of charge using Box Now.
2. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and components intact.
3. Include the original receipt with the returned product.
4. Ship the product back using Box Now and the unique return code provided by us when returning the item.
defective products & incorrect shipments
Incorrect Product or Transit Damage 🚚
If you receive the wrong product or notice that your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of receipt. Quick notification helps us resolve the issue faster and coordinate with the courier to take the necessary actions.
Manufacturing Defect (Legal Guarantee) ⚙️
The Company is responsible for manufacturing defects of its products, in accordance with the Greek Civil Code and consumer protection laws. If your product shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can examine the issue. Once confirmed, you are entitled to free repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you have the right to a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
In any case of a proven defect or an error on our part during shipment, the return and reshipment costs are fully covered by the Company.
We are committed to serving our customers in the best possible way, fully respecting their rights.
However, in cases of repeated returns by the same customer that indicate an attempt to abuse the exchange or return policy (e.g., repeatedly ordering and returning products without reasonable cause or using products beyond necessary testing), the Company reserves the right to:

Reject return/exchange requests if products are not in perfect condition.

Refuse acceptance and processing of future orders from that customer, citing abusive exercise of the right of withdrawal (Article 281 of the Greek Civil Code).

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, just as you received it, in its complete original packaging with all contents included.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision clearly before the 14-day deadline. You can use the withdrawal form [here].
If you choose to withdraw, you can decide between:

A credit coupon or exchange for another product 🎁
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise. If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, as long as you used the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us.
Returning your product
You can return your order via Box Now or any courier of your choice, at your own expense. The return shipping cost is only borne by you, unless you bring the product directly to our studio.
Please note that if the conditions above are not met, the Company reserves the right to reject the withdrawal.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are considered personal-use items that come in direct contact with the skin.

Custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, specific chain lengths, personalized designs) are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
