All orders depend on availability. Just a quick heads-up: items in your shopping bag aren’t reserved, so they can still be purchased by someone else until you complete your order.
Please note that some products require 1–7 days to be made.
You can review and finalize everything on the Basket page. There, you’re free to make any changes you need — remove items or adjust quantities easily using the arrow buttons.
To see your final total:

Choose your preferred delivery method.

Add any active discount coupons you may have.

Next, you’ll be asked to enter your Shipping Address. This step is required, even if you plan to pick up your order in-store.
Once you’re happy with your selections, product details, and quantities, simply click “Proceed to Payment.”
After your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

payment methods
If you choose courier delivery, you can pay using any of the following methods:

Debit or Credit Card – securely processed through Stripe’s protected payment environment.

Bank Transfer – deposit the total amount into one of our bank accounts.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please include your Order ID as the payment reference and send us the proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been credited to our account.

If you’re picking up your order from our physical store, you also have the option to pay in cash upon collection. Please note that store pickup orders must be collected within ten (10) days. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be canceled.
We kindly ask that orders are placed responsibly. In cases of repeated and unjustified cancellations, the Company reserves the right to limit future service..

An item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at info@proofofconcept.gr within 1 hour of completing your order or call us at +30 213 0884403. If payment has already been made, we will inform you of the reimbursement timeline.

All online payments on our website are processed through trusted and globally recognized payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna, ensuring a safe and secure transaction experience.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information during transmission. Card payments are processed within Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant secure environment, while PayPal and Klarna transactions are completed through their own protected platforms.

Proof of Concept is based in Athens, Greece, and all transactions are processed in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros (€).
If your credit/debit/prepaid card is issued in a different currency, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the day the transaction is processed.
If you are purchasing from a country with a different currency than the Euro, currency fluctuations and potential credit card fees may result in a different amount being charged to your card.
